I love Ariadne. She's tiny and kick-ass (since I am Ellen Page-sized, this is nice to see). And she's amazingly creative.
I ship her with Yusuf, Mal (a real Mal, not the projection), Arthur and Eames or Fischer and Saito. Yes, the last two refer to OT3 ships; I like her with both sets in total, not either/or.
Non-romantic OTP, um... None that aren't platonic versions of my ships for her, actually. :/
I don't know that I have an unpopular opinion about her, to be honest. I've not seen that much that I disagree with, but then I keep well away from the anon discussions and mostly stick to fic comms.
I would have loved to see the scene that had to follow her leaving the warehouse after her first dreaming, when she would have confronted Miles. Because I believe she had to: "Who is this nut you sent me off with?!? Did you know what he does?!" Ah, if only...
